Cancellation policy
Thank you for registering for our upcoming event! We strive to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all participants. Please carefully review the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation by Participant
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to averagegoler99@gmail.com at least 14 days prior to the event.
Refunds will not be issued for cancellations unless a replacement player can be found.
Replacement Player
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another player at no additional cost, provided the replacement is confirmed prior to the event date.
If a replacement player is found, the original participant will receive a full refund (minus any administrative fees if applicable).
No Refunds without Replacement
If a replacement player cannot be found, no refund will be issued.
Event Cancellation by Organisers
In the unlikely event that the golf event is canceled due to weather conditions, unforeseen circumstances, or other factors beyond our control, participants will be notified promptly, and a rescheduled date or alternative arrangements will be provided.
Early Withdrawal
Participants who leave the event early or are unable to complete it for any reason will not be eligible for a refund.
