Cancellation policy

Thank you for registering for our upcoming event! We strive to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all participants. Please carefully review the following cancellation policy:

  1. Cancellation by Participant

    • Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to averagegoler99@gmail.com at least 14 days prior to the event.

    • Refunds will not be issued for cancellations unless a replacement player can be found.

  2. Replacement Player

    • If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another player at no additional cost, provided the replacement is confirmed prior to the event date.

    • If a replacement player is found, the original participant will receive a full refund (minus any administrative fees if applicable).

  3. No Refunds without Replacement

    • If a replacement player cannot be found, no refund will be issued.

  4. Event Cancellation by Organisers

    • In the unlikely event that the golf event is canceled due to weather conditions, unforeseen circumstances, or other factors beyond our control, participants will be notified promptly, and a rescheduled date or alternative arrangements will be provided.

  5. Early Withdrawal

    • Participants who leave the event early or are unable to complete it for any reason will not be eligible for a refund.
